About Lauren

Lauren Munday is an educator, speaker, and the founder of Think Set Go, a mindset and goal achievement program empowering students, athletes, coaches and leaders to pursue their goals with confidence, clarity and resilience.

With a Bachelor of Physical Education and Health and a Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration, Lauren has spent over 15 years working across Melbourne schools as a Head of Sport, Health and Physical Education teacher, mentor and sports coach. Her experience working with Indigenous students deepened her understanding of connection and cultural responsiveness, values that continue to shape everything she does.

In 2019, Lauren was named Vice Captain of Carlton's VFLW team, an experience that ignited her passion for mindset education and revealed the profound link between mental approach and performance.

Since founding Think Set Go in 2022, Lauren has delivered workshops, presentations and coaching resources for schools and sporting organisations across Australia. In 2024, she published the student handbook Mastering Your Mind for Success, and in 2026 she took the stage as a TEDx Speaker at the inaugural Burleigh Heads TEDx Education Event.

Lauren is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner with extensive study in metacognition, self-regulation, communication and growth mindset. Her approach blends research with real-world experience, giving participants practical tools that create lasting change.

A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Lauren has been featured on podcasts including Courageous Me, The Tattooed Teacher Podcast, Energetic Radio and The SchoolYard Cast, and her writing has appeared in Star Weekly Magazine, The National Firefighter and Youthwise Magazine.
