How does Think Set Go engage students?
Every workshop relies on our signature "Go" phase, which replaces traditional desk lectures with highly engaging physical movement and teamwork games. Students actively collaborate, move and solve physical problems together. This hands-on teamwork reinforces real peer accountability and active leadership and decision making through motion.
What makes this program different from other goal-setting workshops?
Most programs only teach students how to set goals. Think Set Go focuses entirely on goal pursuit, the grit and mindset shifts required when motivation drops and obstacles appear. Designed by 15+ year educator and TEDx speaker Lauren Munday, the curriculum blends elite sports psychology with practical classroom and personal wellbeing strategies.

Yes. All Think Set Go school incursions map directly to the Personal and Social Capability curriculum stream for both the Victorian Curriculum 2.0 and the Australian Curriculum v9. It seamlessly integrates into your existing homeroom, pastoral care, PE and Health or school wellbeing calendar.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Lauren assist us in the implementation of a new program, where she designed and delivered a bespoke ‘goal setting and mindset’ workshop for our junior development program participants. Leaning into her expertise as a teacher, Lauren delivered engaging content, using a variety of delivery methods, props, and activities to best engage with our cohort, aged 12-17; although her magic domino magic trick won over the adults too! Delivering a variety of introductory and advanced concepts, Lauren shared valuable tools for participants to apply in their sporting careers, and life more broadly. Her sessions are engaging, age-appropriate, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
